the drop of blood the knife so easily grazed
ALONE IN SILENCE,
I clung onto those crimson memories
and cried

It’s not that I hate to be alone
I’m just afraid of this twisted crack

A single drop lingered on my skin within the familiar dark
I don’t even know if it’s blood or tears

Vivid memories pierce where my heart is
as I become sullied,
crushed and ruined

Though this room is cold,
it would eventually expand
as I grow attached to this space
ALONE IN SILENCE,
my crimson memories transform into
beautiful ones, unintentionally so

Upon this wet bed I speak
in days where all red is dried,
"The flow of time is heartless"
I forgot my crying face and my ugliness
Someday I shall give my praises

My beloved memories began to prance about
within the silent and bright morning

New winds would surely comfort me
when I escape from this room, mischievously so

That is the literal translation of the title, though if written in full Katakana it supposedly refers to a type of plant called ‘Chloranthus Japonicus’. Japanese people and their lovely puns.
** Various emotions (喜怒哀楽 “ki-do-ai-raku”)
Lit. Happy, angry, sad, joy. Considered as the most basic of human emotions. This is usually used during comedy skits, where the person in question have to show a facial expression corresponding to the four words. It’s up to your interpretation how this works here.
